MAIN FUNCTIONS
Technical management of site systems including maintenance, repairs and inspections of assigned areas.
Delivery of maintenance projects for new and modified facilities.
Analysis of operations data to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement resulting in increased quality and lower operating costs.
Champion Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) on site projects including Loss Prevention System (LPS).
Example: Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) projects, efficiencies, etc.
Responsible for the implementation/execution of best practices maintenance techniques to deliver a high quality facility while maintaining diligent oversight in the areas of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Safety, and Controls.
To manage execution of Maintenance activities through outside contractors.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Business Team point contact for compiling detailed maintenance line items
• Ensure all line items in the business team plan are justified, prioritized, and correctly categorized
• Coordinate and support risk assessment activities and obtain cost estimates
• Compile overall budget proposals and site risk curves for review with Leadership Team
• Steward maintenance activity progress against approved annual plan
• Perform analysis of maintenance activities to identify and drive systematic improvements
• Perform work efficiency calculations to justify efficiency improvements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Engineering or Building Management-related
• 7-10 years’ experience in closely related field
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Safety, Security and Controls awareness
• Budget planning and stewardship
• Working knowledge of facility management technical disciplines, codes etc.
• Able to manage contractors and vendors to deliver quality works and services
• A team player with good inter-personal skills
• Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements and Company expectations including OIMS and Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) requirements
